While we offer a variety of event spaces, we can also host a variety of events.

Corporate Services

With our impressive collection of function space, and hundreds of possible layout combinations, the Cintas Center is the ideal place to meet for business and deliver your company’s message. From simple meetings to large conferences with multiple breakout rooms, the Cintas Center can accommodate the needs of your business.

Our knowledgeable staff will partner with you each step of the way to ensure a seamless transition through the event booking, planning and execution. Our focus is to provide exceptional service and creativity to fulfill every event need.

The catering department offers a wide range of menus and dining options, along with a commitment to provide quality service and presentation. Select from the many choices in our catering guide or customize your menu to match your unique theme.

Our in-house audiovisual staff has the equipment and experience to meet all of your presentation needs. Whether you need one microphone or a full audio and video production team, we can provide all of the necessary resources to create an engaging and memorable event.

We also offer a number of auxiliary services to compliment your attendee’s experience. Business services, ushers, security and parking attendants are all available as on-demand requests.

Conventions and Trade Shows

The Cintas Center is located within 500 miles of 60 percent of the nation’s population, making it a very accessible location for your convention or consumer trades.

With three distinct exhibit areas combining for more than 30,000 square feet of dedicated exhibit space, the Cintas Center can accommodate well over 150 vendor booths. The construction and design of the building makes it feasible to host more than 3,500 show attendees at one time. Parking for both attendees and exhibitors is a breeze with 2,000 parking spaces provided in the three lots adjacent to the building.

Trade show services

Our experienced staff will work with you to create an electronic floor plan that specifies the layout of every booth, table and chair. These documents can be integrated by promoters and organizers into their registration materials and brochures.

Our in-house audiovisual staff provides all of the technical requirements for your exhibition, including booth amenities like electric, phone lines and Internet access.

The staff is available throughout the event to help troubleshoot vendor issues and ensure constant up time.

The safety and security of your attendees and exhibitors is top priority at the Cintas Center. We have a full complement of staffing services to provide trained personnel such as ushers, security, emergency medical technicians and parking attendants. We reserve the right to require these services at any event dependent on group size and scheduled activities at an additional cost.

Weddings and Social Events

The Cintas Center combines the unique backdrop of Xavier University with superior service to make your wedding or special event an unforgettable experience.

Weddings

Hosting your wedding reception at the Cintas Center is the perfect way to display your Musketeer pride, while treating your guests to the elegant setting of our banquet room. Our wedding package gives you a number of different options to customize the design of your reception.

Social Functions

Located on the beautifully landscaped grounds of Xavier University, and with access to more than 2,000 parking spaces, the Cintas Center gives a warm welcome to your guests even before they enter the building. With flexible function space accommodating groups from 25 -700, our banquet and conference center is a perfect match for any event.

Event Planning

Our dedicated and experienced staff will guide you through all aspects of planning your event at the Cintas Center. As your primary contact for all of event needs, we make event planning easy and hassle free.

Catering

Our catering department has a wide range of menus to fit the needs and budget of your event. You can also customize a menu to match your special theme.

Audio Visual

Complete in-house audiovisual resources are available to support your entertainment, presentations or ceremonies. Media production services and customized lighting packages are also available to enhance your event.

Summer Conferences

Xavier University is a great destination for your next summer conference. By partnering with the Cintas Center, our  dining services and the office of residence life can meet all of your housing, meeting and dining needs. Summer conference season beings in mid-May and runs through early-August.
